An existing client contacted us to carry out a part refurbishment consisting of two bedrooms and two reception rooms. In the master bedroom, we replaced the old ceiling, re-plastered the walls and ceiling, new plaster coving, supplied and installed two cast radiators, decorated the room, fitted window shutters and fitted wardrobes. We turned the second bedroom into a nursery, leveling the floor, re-plastering the walls and installing a window shutter, building a bespoke wardrobe. In the two reception rooms, as well as repairing some of the timber joist and floor boards, we removed the plaster from the walls taking it back to brickwork. The client liked the brickwork on the chimney so we also carried out repairs to the chimney breast.
