This was a 300 square meter penthouse roof consisting of cut rafters and 18mm ply overlay with a box gutter going all the round the outside of the roof. This was initially a six week contract to compete the carpentry side of the works. Due to time restraints the principal contractor asked us to reduce our contract time, to help them achieve what they wanted we resorted the site with the adequate labour and materials to reduce the contract time to within three weeks. We also consulted in the design of the roof.
